On Nov. 24th, 2017, 1st Public Relation & Global Communication Management Summit & 2017 Golden Flag Award Ceremony was held in International Convention and Exhibition Center, Yanqi Lake, Beijing.
Professionals and more than 300 Representatives worked in Government, Enterprises, Academic, came from Taiwan & Hong Kong region, and European and America, gathered together to discuss how Public Relation can be crucial in the communication during the implementation of globalization for Chinese brands under the atmosphere of global recognition of “B&R” initiative. In the meanwhile, the awards of 2017 Golden Flag Awards will be announced to public.

In the meantime, PR industry leaders from Hong Kong, Taiwan regions, European and the US shared their understanding about strategies of Global Communication from their unique perspective. Former Chair of PRSA, Gerard Corbett expressed the PR’s functions in cross-country media coverage and public influence by giving an example of PR firm cooperated with NASA for better communication in their project in space. Mrs. May Chang, Chief Executive of Taiwan/Taipei International Public Relations Association and Ms. Kiri Sinclair, Council of Public Relations Firms of Hong Kong discussed the status of PR industry in Hong Kong and Taiwan region, PR communication in the trend of globalization and shared successful cases with the audience. The Second discussion was hosted by Ms. Ye Yu, Director of NNC & Group. Facing the latest orientation of “Technicalization of PR”, Mr. Jiao Long, Executive VP of BlueFocus Group, CEO of BlueFocus Digital Marketing claimed “Technology is necessary, but the contents technology enhanced is the priority”, pinpointed the core competitiveness and future development trend of public relations creativity.
